Engaged couple agree not to eat pizza as part of prenup

Weddings, a magical day for a bride and a groom. However, for one couple, their day involved a bizarre prenuptial agreement.
According The mirrorBride Shanti and Groom Mintu’s signature on the dotted line included just one pizza a month and going to the gym every day.
This was not the end of the usual stipulations. Other inclusions also involved taking a good photo at every party, shopping every 15 days, and partying late but only with each other.
Additional terms stated that they would always say yes to a traditional Indian dish called ghar ka khana. They also pledged to wear a sari every day and eat Sunday morning breakfast tum banaogay.
The publication goes on to claim that it was the wife who made the deal, but she and the husband agreed to it.
It should be noted that prenuptial agreements are not legal in India. The law of the land does not consider marriage to be a contract. Nevertheless, this does not prevent certain families of entrepreneurs from creating one.
Instead, if there is a prenuptial agreement, it is often used to clarify to the woman what she would receive in the event of a divorce.
However, in the case of Shanti and Mintu, the contract appeared to be an agreement between the couple regarding diet, lifestyle and dress.
It should be noted that this is not the only unusual agreement the couples have reached.
Other deals have come to light from US attorneys working in the industry. In such a case, one person made a request stating that her husband’s weight “should not exceed 180 pounds and if so, he shall pay the wife $5,897 for each additional pound per year up to until he returns to the target weight”.
Another said the woman needed to lose all her baby weight within 10 months after giving birth on schedule.
While a third stipulated that they had to have sex at least three times a week.
The clauses were previously revealed to Cosmopolitan.
